Wayside Courses Policy
Venues are booked when we have a reasonable idea of numbers attending. We do not cancel courses even where the number of delegates is uneconomic (they just benefit from more personal tuition) but we regard a firm booking as binding and we charge the course fee even if the delegate does not attend (but you may substitute another delegate at any time).
